Piraeus Realty Group is a commercial realty group based in Salisbury, Maryland. For over 50 years, Piraeus Realty has developed and managed commercial properties on the Eastern Shore, with a focus on the Greater Salisbury, Ocean City, and Rehoboth Beach areas. Piraeus Realty has grown steadily over five decades, and today owns and manages over 100 commercial locations throughout the area.
With its mild climate, beautiful landscapes, location between the ocean resorts and Chesapeake Bay, and close proximity to Washington, Baltimore, and Philadelphia, the Eastern Shore is a wonderful place with tremendous potential. Christos T. Adamopoulos
President
Christos T. Adamopoulos is President of Piraeus Realty Group. Chris was born and raised in Salisbury, and is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown University Law Center. Chris has been involved in Piraeus Realty from his youth and has been President since 2004. He has developed several retail centers, most recently including three new retail centers on Salisbury’s Route 13 corridor. As an attorney, Chris practiced for 18 years as a corporate litigation partner in an established Wilmington, Delaware law firm. When not at work, Chris greatly enjoys traveling with his wife and three children.
Elias E. Adamopoulos
Co-Owner
Elias E. Adamopoulos is a beneficial owner in several Piraeus Realty Group companies. Elias was born and raised in Salisbury, and is a graduate of Salisbury University. He has fifteen years of experience in property development and management, on the East Coast and in California. Elias is also a committed audiophile, and is the founder and co-owner of a Santa Cruz-based company that develops and sells premium acoustic loudspeakers.
Natasha Jones
Office Manager
Natasha Jones is Piraeus Realty Group’s office manager. Tasha graduated from Salisbury University with honors in 2005. She has been with Piraeus Realty since 2015, and previously worked for Salisbury University, Wor-Wic Community College, and the Wicomico County Library.
Robert Beckey
Director of Property Management
Robert Beckey is Piraeus Realty Group’s director of property management. Rob is a graduate of Embry Riddle University. He has over 30 years of experience in property development and management, in both the commercial and residential sectors. Previously, Rob worked as a construction manager for Delmarva Veteran Builders and as the Baltimore-Washington area’s Regional Maintenance Manager for Piedmont Airlines.
Lynn Dennis
A/R & Property Management Services Administrator
Lynn Dennis is Piraeus Realty Group’s accounts receivables and property management services administrator. Prior to joining Piraeus, Lynn served for fourteen years as office manager for Peninsula Water in Fruitland, Maryland. She has also worked for Norwest Mortgage / Wells Fargo as a mortgage specialist and Transamerica Financial Services as an assistant branch manager.
Evelyn Dix
Administrative Assistant
Evelyn Dix is a property management and administrative assistant for Piraeus Realty. Evelyn has been with Piraeus Realty for over 40 years, and has been integral to the company’s growth from just a few properties to the business it is today.
Dr. Elias S. Adamopoulos
Founder
In memoriam: Dr. Elias S. Adamopoulos founded Piraeus Realty in 1966, and served as its President until his passing in 2004. His hard work and dedication caused the business’s remarkable growth through the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s. Dr. Adamopoulos immigrated from Greece and settled in Salisbury in 1962. He practiced medicine as an ear, nose, and throat surgeon for thirty years, removing the tonsils of countless residents of the Lower Shore. A caring physician and a generous person, Dr. Adamopoulos is fondly remembered to this day.
